1st  Habanos World Days

 

Habano aficionados from all over the world will come together to celebrate the first Habanos World Days in history, a virtual event in which the most prestigious brand of premium tobacco worldwide, Cohiba, will have a special role on the celebration of its 55th anniversary in 2021, “the Cohiba year”.

 

During this virtual event, Habanos, S.A. will announce its commercial results and main launches for this 2021.

The 1st  Habanos World Days in history,  takes three days (from May 4th to 6th), was born with the vocation of allowing the premium tobacco amateurs, and especially the Habano, to be more connected than ever, to share experiences, and continue learning and enjoying about the culture that surrounds the Habano.

 

Today, the virtual platform has more than 5.000 registered users, a figure that is expected to continue increasing exponentially closer to the date of the meeting, which promises to be one of the biggest virtual meetings in the world for premium tobacco lovers. The Habanos World Days will have the participation of aficionados from all over the world, and will feature the Habanos brand Cohiba, on its 55th anniversary.

 

During three days, those who are attending the 1st Habanos World Days will enjoy a complete program of activities where they will learn about the origin, production and the most diverse aspects of the Habano and Cohiba culture. It will be an exciting meeting dedicated to the latest news, knowledge and enjoyment of the Habano, in which attendees from more than 120 countries are welcomed.

The opening of the Virtual Trade Fair and, especially, the announcement of the most important launches for this 2021 will start the 1st Edition of Habanos World Days. The Virtual Trade Fair is the meeting and exchange point for professionals in the tobacco sector from around the world, exhibitors of manufacturers of luxury products in general, as well as artisans, artists, manufacturers of smoking items and gourmet products.

 

The program will also has a magisterial conference about the Habanos Cohiba brand, pairings led by Habanos Sommelier masters from around the world, presentations of exclusive launches in collaboration with other prestigious brands such as Zenith Watches or S.T. Dupont; and even the famous contest, Habanos World Challenge, which will have its version optimized for this virtual event in which aficionados, demonstrating their knowledge about the Habano and especially the Cohiba brand, will be able to win great prizes. An event full of surprises for lovers of considered world’s best tobacco.

 

On May 6th will be the closing of this 1st Habanos World Days, in which the Co-presidents of Habanos, S.A. will offer a few words of farewell and will announce the nominees for the prestigious Habano Awards 2020 and the announcement of the winners of the Habanos World Challenge held during the virtual event.
